Monument Investments was established to consolidate a group of Property related companies, which is based in Leeds and operates a wide range of businesses including an investment company holding commercial and residential properties, a serviced office provider and a niche residential house builder.

Since our formation we have demonstrated an impressive track record during difficult market conditions which has laid the foundations for sustainable growth during the coming years.

Having identified a number of opportunities in our core business markets we are looking to capitalise on enhancing value through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth.
