We are actively looking to expand our group and continue the growth strategy we have pursued since the formation of Monument Investments. The flexibility of the Group allows the business to respond to changing market conditions to take advantage of opportunities ensuring investment returns are maximised and long term growth is achieved.
Trading Subsidiaries
Bluestone Investments - The Business was established in 2000 to carry out residential and commercial developments ranging in size from £1m to £25m. More recently the Business has retained some its completed development projects to generate an ongoing rental income stream. In addition, a number of commercial investment properties have been acquired to expand the business.
Prospect Business Centres - This Business was established in 1980 and is a niche provider of serviced office accommodation. The five star product has been tailored to meet the requirements of the serviced office market which has supported the growth of the centres in the UK. A number of european locations have been identified and will be opening during the course of 2012 as the business pursues a growth strategy led by the company's Managing Director, Charles Cudworth.
Loxley Homes - This Business was set up in 2008 to undertake the construction and development of niche residential sites occupying between two and six dwellings. Most of Loxley's properties are of an old England cottage design using local traditional construction methods and materials including thatch and old oak timber oak. Jonathan Raistrick is the Managing Director of Loxley, a member of the RICS will use his experience of almost 30 years in the house building sector to drive the growth of the Business in the coming years.
